PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us here at SAPERA wetsuits. We will not use any of your personal data that we collect during the process of orders or through any other interaction on our site unless you specifically give us permission. We will only add you to mailing lists or other contact lists.
With transactions through our site, we will never collect nor store your credit card information that you use on our site to purchase items from SAPERA wetsuits.
We never have any interaction with your credit card information. We will receive your name and address information so that we can ship products to you. That information is all stored in a password protected area on our site.
We reserve the right to use aggregated data like total users, products sold, etc. to third parties, but, we will not provide any individualized information that would allow someone to contact you or to be specifically identified.
In general, we handle your information with industry-standard processes to protect your privacy including firewalls, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and PCI compliance. While we are doing everything that we can to protect your information, we cannot ensure absolute privacy or security (no one can promise absolute security).

カスタムオーダー品に関して:基本的にはカスタムの為返品不可、製作には工場の状況にもよりますが4-5週を要しています。
一般ストック商品の場合の返品交換の方法: 未使用品に限り、商品到着日より7日以内（送料はお客様負担）
不良品に関して：使用前の状態に限りますが、到着後７日以内にEmail contact@saperawetsuits.comにご連絡ください。
引き渡し時期: 配送指定日、または注文後14日以内
支払方法: STRIPE ONLINE決済（クレジットカード),PAYPAL
支払時期: クレジットカード会社引き落とし時期
RETURN POLICY
For stocked items:we will accept any returns or exchanges provided that you adhere to the following guidelines.
For custom ordered items: we are basically unable to accept returns nor exchanges.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving your items.
Email with your name, order number and along with photographic evidence.
SAPERA wetsuits(we) will reply via email only with return or exchange instructions.
We will not process any returns or exchanges without email authorization.
All returns and exchanges must be made within first 7 days upon receiving your items.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition the items were in when they were received.
We reserves the right to examine returned items and determine whether or not to issue a refund for that item.
We are not responsible for any shipping charges for returning or exchanging any items. All returns or exchanges will be done
on a case-by-case basis.

CUSTOM WETSUITS
Once you’ve placed an order for custom wetsuits, it will takes usually take around 4-6 weeks to manufacture.
This may vary depending on the factory condition. it depends on factory conditions.
Basically unable to accept returns nor exchanges.
So please measure twice while on measurement and read carefully on instruction guide.

オーダーメイドのウェットスーツをご注文いただいてから、通常4~6週間ほどお時間をいただきます。
工場の状態や季節によって納期の異なりがあります。
カスタム製品の特性上、明らかな不良やミスでない限り基本的に返品・交換はお受けできません。
そのため、最低2回は確認採寸お願いします、採寸ガイドをよく読んでください.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
When the custom wetsuits are ready to ship & for other stocked products, it we will be shipped in 24-48 hours.
All of our products are shipped either with SAGAWA EXPRESS or YAMATO TRANSPORT.
Generally, domestic orders are received 1-2 days after receiving we send you your tracking number.
We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been boxed and shipped.
Domestic Shipping fee is 800yen flat except Okinawa & Islands.

カスタムウェットスーツが完成後、発送準備が整うと、他の在庫商品の場合も含め24 ～ 48 時間以内に発送されます。
当店の商品は全て佐川急便またはヤマト運輸で発送いたします。
国内の注文は、発送出荷後すぐに追跡番号を送信いたします。
国内送料は沖縄・離島を除き一律800円です。
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship to International worldwide.
Please contact us for a quote.
All international orders are sent via EMS. We cannot suggest specify a delivery times as it varies from country to country.
All international packages are trackable once they are scanned by the shipping carrier.
Payment of custom duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
